Your satisfaction is our first priority at Bamboo Village. If something isn't right, let us know and we'll endeavor to fix it. Bamboo Village will gladly exchange or refund the original prices in accordance with the following process:
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item of the fault or flaw by emailing us on admin@bamboovillage.com.au and then arrange the return of the item to Bamboo Village within 10 days of notification. The refund will be processed as soon as the item(s) have been received and inspected by Bamboo Village, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited.
Please contact us within 7 days by emailing us on admin@bamboovillage.com.au. We will need you to pay the return post to us and the item unused in its original packaging. When we have received the item back in unused condition we will gladly refund or exchange the purchase price of the item (not postage) to you via the same payment method that you paid for it. You must provide your Order Number as "proof of purchase".
