We use Australia Post, Toll or Fastway Couriers within Australia.
Delivery timeframes are based on the following options available in the checkout:
Express Delivery ($15) - your order will be despatched via Express Post on the next business day* (please see note below)
Standard Delivery ($7.95) - your order will be despatched within 3-5 business days.
Free Delivery (available* on orders over $75) - your order will be despatched within 3-7 business days.

Please ensure your address details are correct as we are not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses.
Please check that your postcode falls within the Australia Post Express Post Network.
Please note that where an item is out of stock or delayed express delivery is not available - if this is the case, we will be in touch to let you know when you can expect delivery and to refund the Express Post charge.
Authority To Leave: if you wish to have your parcel left at your door if you are not home when delivery is attempted please leave a note stating so in the comments box at Checkout. Please note that in this instance, neither Bamboo Village nor the courier company will accept any responsibility for the continued safe custody or security of the goods and no proof of delivery shall be supplied.
International
We use Australia Post Air Mail (non-registered*) for all international deliveries. The following rates apply for parcels with a volumetric weight up to 1kg:
New Zealand $15
Asia Pacific $25
USA/Canada $35
Rest of World $45
Parcels over 1kg will incur an additional delivery charge and, if this is the case, you will be notified of the revised amount before your order is despatched. We are not liable for any charges relating to customs charges, duty or other taxes.

Gift Wrapping
Luxury gift wrapping is charged at a flat rate of $5 and includes premium wrapping paper, belly band, ribbon and gift card with your special message to the recipient. Please note: gift wrapping is not available for Express Delivery orders.
We like all gift wrapped items to look as good in the hands of the recipient as they do when they leave our warehouse, this is why we package all gift wrapped items into a larger box before despatch.
